Our products may contain different percentage of bamboo fiber. Usually, the towels consist of 100% bamboo fiber, t-shirts and baby clothes of 70% bamboo mixed with 30% cotton, socks of 80% bamboo mixed with cotton and/or spandex etc. Most of these blends were created for added durability, softness and user-friendliness of bamboo products, and were based on customers’ feedback. However, we try to be flexible to customer’s requirements and will accommodate different fabric characteristics for larger orders.
- Is it possible to choose other colors than those offered by you?
Colors currently on offer are acquired through environment friendly dyeing process that preserves the unique qualities of Bamboo. More vivid colors require intense use of chemicals for bleaching and dyeing, which damages or decreases bamboo fabric qualities.
However, a special color request may be accommodated depending on order quantity.
- Is it possible to order custom designed products?
Custom designs are accepted for large orders.
- What is the usual order lead-time?
The production process usually takes around 30 days. If the products you require are in stock, they will be delivered sooner.
- What is your policy on samples?
The samples are provided upon request. Custom-made samples require a certain sample fee. The customer is responsible for the freight cost.
- Please place your order by e-mail or fax and specify the following:
- product name
- product color
- fabric requirements
- quantity
- packing & delivery requirements
- When the order details are confirmed, we will send you a Sales Contract, which should be signed and returned to us
- We issue a Pro Forma invoice along with the banking details for processing an L/C or the 30% T/T advance payment.
- The production process starts after we receive the 30% advance payment
- You will be notified when the order is completed. The goods will be shipped at the soonest possible date after we receive the balance T/T payment or a clean L/C
- When is the order considered accepted?
The order becomes officially accepted only after we receive the 30% advance payment.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on our stock and on your requirements. Approximate quantities are as follows:
Towels: 500 pieces/sets per color
T-shirts: 500 pieces per color
Socks: 2000 pairs per color or design
Baby clothes: 500 sets/color
- What are the payment options?
There are a number of different payment methods that can be used when you deal with us. We usually use T/T payment in advance or L/C.
1. T/T payment in advance
T/T means telegraphic transfer, or simply a wire transfer. It's the simplest and easiest payment method to use. It normally takes 3-4 days for us to receive the wire transfer made from anywhere in the world. We usually require a 30% advance payment by T/T.
2. Irrevocable Letter of credit at sight (L/C)
An irrevocable Letter of Credit is another often used payment method. Letters of Credit are a formal payment method that offers a lot of protection to the parties. The typical L/C scenario takes 7 - 15 days to complete.
We usually require an irrevocable 70% L/C for the balance payment.
The purchase process at a glance:
- After your order is placed, we send you a Sales Contract, which should be returned to us signed and sealed by your company’s stamp.
- We issue a Pro Forma Invoice, so that you can process 30% T/T payment in advance and/or open an L/C.
- Your order is normally shipped within 30 days from receiving the 30% T/T payment and providing that we received clean L/C before that date.
